The SBI SO Selection Process 2024 for Deputy Manager (Systems) in Project Management & Delivery, Infra Support & Cloud Operations, Networking Operations, IT Architect, Information Security, etc are shared below for the reference of the candidates.
- Shortlisting: Mere satisfying the minimum qualification and experience will not provide any right to the candidate to be shortlisted for interaction. The shortlisting committee constituted by the Bank will determine the shortlisting parameters and thereafter, a sufficient number of candidates, as per the decision of the Bank, will be called to appear for the interaction. The bank’s decision to shortlist candidates for the interaction shall be final. No correspondence will be accepted in this regard.
- Interaction: The next SBI SO Selection Process will be Interaction which will carry a total of 100 marks. The qualifying marks in interaction will be determined by the Bank. No correspondence will be accepted in this regard. Interactions will be multi-tiered / layered and number of tiers / layers of interaction for every post will be ascertained by the Bank in due course.
- Merit List: The SBI SO merit list for selection will be prepared in descending order based only on the marks secured during the interaction. In case more than one candidate clears the cut-off marks (common marks at the cut-off point), such candidates will be ranked as per their age in descending order, in the merit list

The SBI SO Selection Process 2024 for Assistant Manager is divided into two stages such an Online Written Test and Interaction. The SBI SO online written test will be held tentatively in the month of November 2024. To be eligible for being called to appear for the Interaction, the candidates will have to score more than or equivalent to the cutoff marks as decided by the bank. 2. Interaction: The next stage of the SBI SO Selection Process 2024 will be the interaction round. The category-wise adequate number of candidates as determined by the Bank will be shortlisted for Interaction based on the marks obtained in the Online Written Test. The SBI SO interaction will carry a total of 25 marks. The minimum qualifying marks in Interaction will be as ascertained by the Bank.
3. Final Merit List: The weightage of the written test will be 70% and 30% for Interviews. The final merit list will be determined based on the normalization of scores obtained in the Online Written Test and Interaction with 70:30 weightage respectively.
