SBI PO Career Growth & Promotion
All the appointed candidates will be required to perform all the tasks included in their SBI PO Job Profile to climb the ladder of success. The selected candidates will get the basic banking knowledge through the online course, which will be required to be completed prior to joining. The appointed candidates, at the time of joining, will have to sign a Bond for a value of 2.00 Lacs ( Two Lacs only) to serve the Bank for at least three years.
Upon joining the post, the selected candidates will be designated as “Probationary Officers” and will undergo probation for two years. They will be subjected to continuous assessment, as per the Bank’s extant policy, during the probation period. Those candidates who are declared successful in the assessment as per standards decided by the Bank from time to time will be designated in the Service of the Bank in Junior Management Grade Scale-I (JMGS-I).
