RRC WR Apprentice Eligibility Criteria 2024: Documents Required
Candidates must submit self-attested scanned copies of the following documents in the application form to prove their eligibility claims:
- SSC (Standard 10th) or its equivalent Mark Sheet.
- Certificate for proof of date of birth (Standard 10 or its equivalent certificate or mark sheet indicating date of birth or School Leaving Certificate indicating date of birth).
- Consolidated ITI mark Sheet of all semesters of the trade in which applied / Provisional National Trade Certificate indicating marks.
- National Trade Certificate issued by NCVT or Provisional National Trade Certificate issued by NCVT /SCVT.
- Caste certificate for SC/ST/OBC Applicants
- Disability certificate, in case of PwBD Applicants
- Discharge certificate / Serving certificate, in case of Applicants applied against Ex-Servicemen quota
- Scanned copy/ soft copy of their colour photograph
RRC WR Apprentice Eligibility Criteria 2024: Rejection of Applications
Along with the RRC WR Apprentice eligibility criteria 2024, candidates are required to carefully submit the correct details and upload all relevant documents else applications with the following reasons will be rejected during the document verification:
- Applications without scanned signatures.
- Application without a scanned photograph.
- Application with a scanned photo but wearing Goggles or with a cap or with a wig or coloured glasses or disfigured / small size or unrecognizable.
- Not possessing the prescribed Matriculation and ITI Qualification for the relevant Trade on the date of submission of application.
- Application without valid Community certificate in the Central Government format and from the appropriate authority as per Annexure ‘B’. ‘C’ & ‘D’
- Relevant certificates as proof for claiming age relaxation or fee relaxation if any wherever claimed.
- Applications without proof of age.
- Applications of over-aged or under-aged Applicants and also where the date of birth certificates uploaded are illegible, date not filled in or wrongly filled.
- Incorrect / Incomplete applications in any form as and when detected, are liable to be rejected.
- Multiple Applications with minor changes of information and/or facts or varied details for the same Trade.
- Applications without examination fee of Rs. 100/-, wherever applicable or less fee.
- Any other form of irregularities as observed and considered invalid by RRC-WR
